- Male / Female, Age 28 - 35 years old.
- Bachelor Degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Electronics Engineering.
- At least 6 years of experience in manufacturing, preferably in engineering, R&D, project, or related departments.
- International collaboration experience.
- Experience in leading a small team.
- Product Design Experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Skilled in SolidWorks.
- Fluent in English communication skills in both speaking and writing, with a TOEIC score of 920 or higher.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Problem solving mindset.
- CSWA or CSWP SolidWorks certification preferred.
