MIS Application Support (IT)

Qualification
  • Female, Age 24 - 26 years old. 
  • Bachelor Degree in Information Technology, Company Science, Computer Engineering  or related field. 
  • At least experience 2 - 4 years in Application Support or relented field.
    • Support ERP System, (EMS / Account / WMS or similar).
  • Basic SQL query (Select, Update, Join, basic troubleshooting). 
  • Good Command in English. 
Technical Skill: 
  • Basic SQL language (Query, Join, Data validation, troubleshooting).
  • Understanding of ERP / EMS system flow.
  • Basic knowledge of Accounting process (AP, AR, GL, concept).
  • Basic understanding of warehouse and production business flow. 
Soft Skill: 
  • Good Communication and Coordination skills. 
  • Logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to communication with both technical and non-technical users. 
Responsibilities
  • Provide first-level support for ERP system (MEGA, EMS, MEGA Account, WMS). 
  • Investigate and troubleshoot system issue using SQL.
  • Coordinate with MIS GSC and external vendors for issues resolution. 
  • Monitor daily job schedules and database status. 
  • Support month-end closing process. 
  • Provide user training and documentation when required. 
  • Support system improvement and digital transformation project. 
Working Hour / Benefits

Working Location: BTS อโศก / MRT ศูนย์ประชุมแห่งชาติสิริกติ์

Working Time:  Monday - Friday 08:00 - 17:00
