Technical Senior Staff

• Male or Female, aged 25 years and above.
• Bachelor’s degree in Textile Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in the textile industry or a related field.
• Basic computer literacy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good documentation and report preparation skills.
• Strong cooperation and teamwork skills, with the ability to meet report submission deadlines.
• Ability to work under pressure and demonstrate a commitment to continuous self-development.
• Meticulous, detail-oriented, and responsible.
• Good command of spoken and written English.

• Develop and design woven fabric dyeing processes.
• Follow up and ensure quality performance of newly developed woven finished goods.
• Calculate development costs for woven fabrics and prepare summaries before mass production, including SOP control.
• Manage and control chemical-related data in compliance with international standards (e.g. Bluesign®, OEKO-TEX®, Higg Index, etc.).
