IT Helpdesk (Japanese Speaking)

Qualification
  • Male / Female, Age 24 – 30 years old. 
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • New graduate or Experience 1 years in IT help desk, IT support or related positions.
  • Japanese N2 up, study or work in Japan will be advantage.
  • English intermediate level up.
  • Able to travel in other countries and oversea. 
  • Fast learner and have passion in IT related.
  • Able to work under pressure.
  • Good interpersonal and service mind skills.
Responsibilities
  • Answer inquiries from the customers about an IT system, which is used in a manufacturing company.
  • Provide IT related training and explain to customers.
  • Sometimes visit the customers both domestics and international.
  • Make Thai, Japanese, and English documents such as IT related manuals.
  • Translate documents between Japanese, English and Thai.
Working Hour / Benefits

Working Location: BTS เอกมัย

Working Time:  Monday - Friday 09.00 - 18.00
