IT Support

Qualification
  • Male / Female (Prefer Male), Age 25 - 31 years old.
  • Bachelor's degree in any related fields.
  • 2 - 7 years' experience skills required to perform IT support tasks.
  • Able to manage internally to maintained hardware and software support.
  • Able to work on their own.
  • Serious and able to report, communicate and consult (HOU-REN-SOU).
Responsibilities
  • Support user about hardware or software problem.
  • Wiring LAN cable.
  • Cooperating with another IT staffs to support user.
  • Print out report AS400 Daily, Weekly, Monthly.
  • Server Backup System, Restore file data, Change TAP system.
  • Set up PC and Android tablet, Handheld, Mobile printer.
  • Contact vender for support hardware and software.
  • Monitoring the status of the internal network, investigating and responding to the root cause of issues and requesting support from vendors when necessary.

Working Hour / Benefits

Working Location: Chonburi Province 20230.

Working Time:  Monday - Friday 08:00 - 17:00
