Qualification

Male or Female age 25 – 38 years old

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mathematics, Statistics, Business Administration, Economics, Data Science or or related fields

3-5 years experience in auto leasing, rental car business or auto auction is advantage

Experience in auto leasing or rental car business is advantage.

Strong ability to analyze the data such as sales performance, market situation, competition status, including future forecast

Good logical, analytical, and creative thinking for new product development and implementation

Positive attitude, proactive working, multitasking skills, and fast learner

Experience in process & IT system improvement is a plus.

Responsibility

Monitor, analyze, and coordinate with Sales for strategy development & execution and performance result

Support Sales team for Data and Analysis Report

Create and implement the idea to improve Sales Ability, Standard Operational Procedure, New Product & Service (including system improvement)

Make the report & presentation material and conduct the training as assigned

Support for making process of Annual Business Plan and Sales Target Plan

Coordinate with related parties and work with Management as assigned

Other tasks as assigned
