Qualification

Male/female

Age 21 – 35 years

Bachelor’s degree in any field. (technology or engineering field prefered)

Work experience in Sales more than 6 years (as a leader, project management) (for Senior Level)

Work experience in Sales 0-6 years (more than 3 years in related fields preferred)/ Fresh graduates are also acceptable. (for Junior Level)

Electronics major based, knowledge, and sales experience are advantageous

Good Command in English with Toeic Score 700 up *pls attached TOEIC score if available.

Establish long-term relationship with our existing customers, set and achieve sales budget with profit target.

Good team leader with high responsibility mind, proactive, possess innovative mindset with strong passion.

Self motivated good team player with Innovative mindset and strong passion.

Candidate with ability and passion to create new business will be highly advantagous. (Training will be provided as well)

Responsibility

Visit customers to maintain long-term customer relationships. Build new relationship with potential customers which lead to customer satisfaction and generation of further sales.

Prepare sales budget and achieve sales with profit based on strategic thinking.

Perform technical presentations to customers. Understand customers’ needs, pain points, strategy/trends and project requirements. Consider and propose solutions to meet customer’s requirements/needs.

Understand Customer’s detail information (pain-point, project roadmap, organization, competitor), organize and share information within internal stakeholders. Make own hypothesis to create value to customers and internal stakeholders.

Problem solving during sales promotion activity phase and post-sales support.

Create and execute team’s projects as leader. (for Senior Level)

Build up team capabilities as leader. (for Senior Level)

Create and win new sales opportunities
