– Female, BA in related fields (Not accept hotel, tourism and Airline business)
– Good English communication
– Good Computer literary (Excel, Pivot, Vlookup)
– Good Looking is a big advantage
Responsibility
Support sales team in customer service functions, including receiving and processing sales orders, delivery tracking and monitoring, communicating and updating customers, preparing job orders, coordinating with operations departments, preparing reports, handling complaints and dealing with related documentation tasks.
Coordinate with sales representatives, warehouse, and transporter.
Answer phone inquiries and outgoing calls regards products, follow-ups, and status on orders
Coordinate with other teams such as sales team, logistics, accounting and all related departments to support customer orders and requirements
Handle customers’ inquiries positively and professionally.
Handle customer quality concerns, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure timely resolution.
