Customer Services (Resin Dept.)

• Male / Female, Age 24 - 30 years old.
• Bachelor Degree (BA) up.
• Experience 1 - 2 years in Customer Service (Logistic, Import/Export, Delivery related).
• Fare to good level of communication skills in English (speaking, reading, and writing).
• Knowledge of export procedures and related documentation.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications especially for EXCEL.
• Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.

• Coordinate and assist domestic and international customers who purchase products from the company.
• Verify and prepare export / domestic documents such as booking vessel, invoices, shipping documents, and customs paperwork.
• Track and regularly update customers on the status of their shipments.
• Coordinate with warehouse, shipping company, and logistics departments to ensure smooth export / domestic delivery processes.
• Resolve issues and respond to inquiries related to product exports / domestic for customers.
• Summarize sales information for monthly report by using excel file.

Work Location: Bang Khen, Bangkok.

Working Time:  Monday - Friday 08:15 - 17:15
