JOBID3056 - Production Supervisor (Aluminum Manufacturing)

Qualification

Male Only, Age 30 - 35 years old.
Engineering in Industrial, Mechanic or any related fields.
Must have 5+ years experience in Production Manufacturing (Aluminum part).
Has role in Management level for more than 3 years or Leadership potential.
Able to manage and delegate responsibilities jobs to subordinates (Operators, Leaders, Technicians).
Able to manage current and new model preparation, trial and mass production.
Able to manage and lead teams to achieve production plan, optimize manufacturing processes and attendant.
Strongly manage and lead team to achieve KPI and company policy.
Knowledge / Experience of Machine and Process improvement.
Has technical skills to drive solution and resolution production issue on the floor.
Ability to carry on improvement and problem solving.

Responsibilities

Control daily attendant and manpower plan.
In charge of Safety in the area, monitor and improve Safety in working environment.
Manage 3S in Gemba in order to maintain effectiveness and Safety.
Update internal quality concerned document and enforce the usage of those rules in quality concerned document in order maintain the quality.
HRD for Production Section.
Improve efficiency.
Manage NG and recurrence preventive action effectively.
Follow up and recheck operators work result according to rules and requirement of quality and safety.
Control production result : output to be on plan and target.
Recheck/Inspect operation process done by operators.
Increase productivity's by searching for new methods and aim to fasten the cycle time or less resources (KAIZEN, LEAN)

Working Hour / Benefits

Working Location: Chonburi Province 20230.

Working Time: Monday - Friday 08:00 - 17:00
