Inside Sales Coordinators (New Graduated Or Supervisor)

• Any Gender, Age 22 - 25 years. (New Graduated) // Age 30 years old. (For Supervisor)
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales within the automotive or trading industry. (For Supervisor)
• Have interested in sales with the automotive or trading industry. (New Graduated)
• High conversational English proficiency (TOEIC ≥ 750).
• Strong communication and structured thinking skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table) or willing to learn
• Detail-oriented, multitasker, self-motivated, and disciplined.
• Understanding of Japanese company culture.

• Prepare quotations by verifying import tax, transportation, warehouse, and inventory costs.
• Update quotations based on customer agreements, exchange rates, copper/material prices, and market trends.
• Follow up on project status with customers and update tracking sheets; coordinate with outside sales for quotation decisions.
• Gather customer insights to support sales and marketing strategies.
• Analyze monthly sales data (buying/selling price, profit / loss) for accuracy.
• Coordinate with internal departments to respond to customer inquiries.
• Provide administrative support to supervisors/managers including data entry, document preparation, complaint handling, and report generation.

Work Location: BTS ช่องนนทรี

Working Time: Monday - Friday (08:30 - 17:30)
