Project Management Officer

• Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in automotive, management, mechanical or related fields.  (ปริญญาตรีหรือสูงกว่า สาขายานยนต์ การจัดการ วิศวกรรมเครื่องกล หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง)
• Five or more years of relevant work experience, with preference given to candidates in the sheet metal or stamping industry, and at least two years of project management experience. (มีประสบการณ์ทำงานที่เกี่ยวข้องอย่างน้อย 5 ปี โดยจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษสำหรับผู้ที่มีประสบการณ์ในอุตสาหกรรมโลหะแผ่นหรือการปั๊ม และมีประสบการณ์ด้านการบริหารโครงการอย่างน้อย 2 ปี)
• Excellent English listening, speaking, and writing skills, able to communicate directly with overseas clients. (มีทักษะภาษาอังกฤษยอดเยี่ยม ทั้งฟัง พูด และเขียน สามารถสื่อสารโดยตรงกับลูกค้าต่างประเทศได้)

Project Management

• Own the end-to-end project life cycle from initiation through closure, covering planning, execution, monitoring, and hand-off. (รับผิดชอบตลอดโครงการตั้งแต่เริ่มต้นจนปิดโครงการ ครอบคลุมการวางแผน การดำเนินงาน การติดตามผล และการส่งมอบงาน)
• Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the defined quality standards.  (ทำให้โครงการสำเร็จตามเป้าหมายที่กำหนด อยู่ในงบประมาณที่ตั้งไว้ และตรงตามมาตรฐานคุณภาพที่กำหนด)

2. Team Leadership

• Lead and manage cross-functional project teams including engineers, technicians, and support staff by overseeing recruitment, training, performance appraisals, and professional development. (นำและบริหารทีมโครงการข้ามสายงาน (Cross-functional) ซึ่งรวมถึงวิศวกร ช่างเทคนิค และเจ้าหน้าที่สนับสนุน โดยครอบคลุมการสรรหา การฝึกอบรม การประเมินผลการปฏิบัติงาน และการพัฒนาทักษะอาชีพ)

3. Customer Communication

• Establish and maintain effective communication channels with clients to fully understand and fulfill their requirements. (ติดต่อสื่อสารกับลูกค้าอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ เพื่อเข้าใจความต้องการและตอบสนองได้ตรงจุด )
• Provide regular progress reports, address inquiries, and resolve issues promptly to maintain client satisfaction. (จัดทำรายงานความก้าวหน้าอย่างสม่ำเสมอ ตอบคำถาม และแก้ไขปัญหาอย่างรวดเร็ว เพื่อสร้างความพึงพอใจให้กับลูกค้า)

4. Quality Control

• Guarantee that all manufacturing and machining processes comply with quality standards and industry regulations. (ทำให้กระบวนการผลิตและงานกลึงทุกขั้นตอนเป็นไปตามมาตรฐานคุณภาพและข้อกำหนดของอุตสาหกรรม )
