Qualification

Male / Female, Age 28 - 43 years old.
Bachelor degree in Major of Sale, Business, Engineering or related field.
Minimum 4 years of sales experience (sales experience is essential; must be able to perform as an independent salesperson immediately).
Experience in a similar business development or industrial sales role is preferred.
Candidates with experience in parts manufacturers or automotive parts manufacturers are highly welcomed.
Knowledge of steel is desirable, but a strong willingness to learn is acceptable.
Have own car and driving license.
Should be proactive and communicative, not hesitant or stressed when approaching new clients.
Motivated in external sales and capable of handling a high number of customer visits.
Must have the ability to prepare clear and accurate meeting minutes and distribute them promptly.
Must have the ability to market research and information.
Ability to negotiate and writing in English.
Have logical thinking skills.
Good at calculations.
Must be able to perform basic Excel operations speedy.
Must have Fast and accurate typing skills.

Responsibilities

Conduct new business development through a hunting-style sales approach (not routine route sales to existing clients).
Specifically: Target customer selection → Cold calling → Client visits → RFQ acquisition → Quotation & negotiation → Order placement → Follow-up.
Propose and sell steel coil and slit products processed at SASC.
Take responsibility for expanding new business as part of the company’s growth strategy.
Conduct market research and information gathering, report findings and customer insights to enhance sales activities.
Prepare meeting minutes accurately and summarize discussions, decisions, and action items in a timely manner.
Work closely with the Sales Chief and Japanese Manager as part of the expansion team, focusing on new business opportunities.
Correctly understand the work of the coil center and learn about internal operations.

Working Time: Monday - Friday 08:00 - 17:00 // 2 เสาร์ต่อเดือน
