QA Staff

• Male or Female, aged 27–35 years (approx.).
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Science, or other related fields.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, or a related field (preferably in textile, garment, or manufacturing industries).
• Basic knowledge of ISO 9001 quality management system requirements is an advantage.
• Strong cooperation and teamwork skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Must be meticulous, detail-oriented, and careful in handling quality data.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic computer literacy.
• Good communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Self-motivated, with a strong willingness to learn and develop toward a management role.

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented QA Staff to join our quality assurance team. This position is designed as a future QA management candidate, with on-the-job training to develop leadership and technical expertise. The QA Staff will be responsible for supporting supervisors in daily QA operations, including inspection, color checking, complaint handling, and preparing for ISO 9001 certification. The role will also involve ensuring the quality of knitting and TR fabrics, assisting in continuous process improvements, and contributing to building a strong quality management system.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily QA activities such as fabric inspection, color checking, and handling quality-related complaints.
• Support supervisors in preparing and maintaining ISO 9001 certification requirements.
• Participate in on-the-job training to develop management skills and technical expertise for future QA leadership roles.
• Assist in monitoring and ensuring quality standards in knitting and TR fabric production processes.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth communication and effective problem-solving.
• Prepare accurate reports and submit within required deadlines.
• Promote continuous improvement and actively seek opportunities for self-development.
