Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Liberal Arts (Psychology major), Political Science (Government major), or Commerce (Human Resource Management major) or related field.
- Minimum 8–15 years of experience in Human Resource Management and General Affairs.
- Good knowledge of labor law and familiarity with labor union committees is an advantage.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office, Google Docs, Excel, PowerPoint, and business presentations.
- Experience in labor audits, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, or similar systems.
- TOEIC score above 600 and good command of English communication.
- Knowledge of purchase, payroll, petty cash, SSF, PVD, tax, and loan management.
- Mature personality with strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Able to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities under pressure.
