Costing Manager

• Any Gender, Age 35 - 45 years old.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting is advantageous.
• Previously Manager position at least 3 years.
• At least 6 years experience in Costing / Manufacturing Accounting.
• Understanding of Cost Accounting Standards and Financial Accounting Systems.
• Cost calculation for inventory valuation especially Standard cost & Actual cost.
• Proven experience in budgeting, financial planning, and financial analysis.
• Able to perform Standard Cost, Variance Analysis, Cost Allocation, Margin Analysis.
• Proficiency in accounting software, including ERP or MRP systems.
• Good command of English (both spoken and written)
• Good computer skill (Word, Excel, Power Point ,Outlook)
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Establish and control the company’s cost accounting system.
• Analyze the variance between standard cost and actual cost (Standard vs Actual Cost).
• Prepare cost of goods sold (COGS) reports and perform margin analysis.
• Provide cost information to support pricing decisions and production planning.
• Verify data accuracy in the ERP system and propose improvement initiatives.
