Responsibilities

Scope of Job:
1. To maintain TNPS tools and equipment to visualize production status and abnormality in the workplace.
2. To support/ advise Production or another section to improve daily Productivity to achieve the customer quantity needed.
3. To be in charge of making the productivity improvement report.
4. To support job assignment/ any activity that concerns the productivity viewpoint.
 
Job Descriptions:
 
1. Set up a monthly audit to review TNPS tools in the assigned workplace and report to MGR.

2. Coordination with the Production section to develop TNPS tools and equipment for easy use, to visualize status abnormality.

3. Coordination with the Production section and the Manufacturing Engineering section to improve Productivity

by using INPS tools to analyze problems and provide an improvement method, and a plan to achieve productivity targets.

4. To create a Productivity improvement monthly report based on the TEN ways thinking to SV. and MGR.

5. Participation TCC TPS Jishuken activity with suppliers to build TNPS up skill and experience.

6. Participation in TNPS training with TCC TPS group, Denso group, and TEN group.
