Qualification

Prefer Male, Age 38 - 45 years old.
Bachelor Degree up in Occupational Health and Safety.
Have at least 3 years of experience as a Safety, Occupational Health & Environment Manager.
Have prior team management experience.
Prior experience in Japanese Company will be preferred.
Have a professional occupational health and safety certificate.
English Conversation Level.
High responsibility, good attitude, Creative in developing and implementing safety initiatives.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement safety, occupational health, and environmental policies and programs in compliance with legal requirements.
Identify, assess and manage workplace risks to ensure a safe and health work environment.
Monitor and ensure compliance with all relevant safety, health, and environmental regulations.
Provide training and promote safety awareness and culture across all level of the organization.
Investigate and analyze incidents or accidents, prepare report, and implement corrective and preventive measures including similar accident.
Act as EMR and follow environmental and quality management policies.
Be responsible for the Packing and WH Group in resolving customer claim issues to prevent recurrence and improving work processes and equipment to enhance safety.

Working Hour / Benefits

Work Location: อำเภอนครชัยศรี จังหวัดนครปฐม

Working Time: Monday - Friday 08:15 - 17:15 (เสาร์เว้นเสาร์)
