1. Coordinate with government agencies (Department of Industrial Works, Department of Labour Protection and Welfare ) including the preparation of support documents to apply for the license to use/possession/export of chemical substances and hazardous materials.
2. Updating laws, government regulations to report to the management for acknowledgment and corrective action
3. Perform duties of specific personnel responsible for the storage of dangerous goods
4. Support document and maintain ISO system (19001,14001) and Process safety management (PSM)
5. Carry out the control and management of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) operations, including continuous monitoring and assessment of accident risks."
6. Implement incident investigation and occupational disease /Measure working environment to ensure that working condition safe for work
7. Taking care of emergency equipment to ensure all equipment is well maintained and ready to use
8. Prepare personal protective equipment
9. Maintain and develop emergency plan and organize emergency practice /Improve HSE Awareness of all Employees & Contractors
10. Organize safety committee and set up safety committee monthly meeting
11. Implement safety patrol in periodically and report to top management
12. Guide on correct handling and storage of chemicals and dangerous goods and precede all regulatory activities related with dangerous goods act
13. Control and organize industrial waste as environmental laws
14. Other jobs as assigned by manager or general manager
