Regional Sales (ASEAN) - Japanese Speaking

Qualification
  • Male / Female, Age 35 years up.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in B2B or the ASEAN market.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Strong understanding of the ASEAN business environment and cultural dynamics.
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in [specific tools, e.g., MS Office].
  • Excellent in Japanese - JLPT N2 (Fluency in English are a plus).
Responsibilities

Revenue Generation

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets within the ASEAN region.
  • Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities.

Market Development

  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with corporate goals.
  • Monitor market trends, competition, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
  • Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.

Team Collaboration

  • Work with internal teams (marketing, product, support) to deliver customer-centric solutions.
  • Provide feedback to improve products and services based on market insights.

Reporting and Forecasting

  • Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports.

 

Working Hour / Benefits

Working Location: Interchange Building, Sukhumvit Road, Bangkok.

Working Time: Monday - Friday 08.30 - 17.15
