- Female, Age 30 - 40 years old.
- Bachelor degree or higher in Human Resources or Business Administration, or any related field.
- Good Command in English.
- More than 5 years’ experience in HR field s in overall HRD & HRM or the company as follows.
- Knowledge for overall HR tasks (Focus mainly in HRM)
- More than approx. 50 employees working preferred.
- Foreign company (Japanese Manufacturer company preferred)
- Work with Japanese, all documents & programs computer related are English.
- Good skill in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint ERP, and reporting skill).
- HRM/ Time attendance or Payroll program. (e.g. SAP, HumanSoft, Bplus)
- HR web-applications.
- Good knowledge of HR best practices and labor regulations.
- Familiarity with immigration and BOI processes.
- Experience with hospitality and travel arrangements.
- Excellent interpersonal, problem solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team oriented environment.
- Self-discipline to job responsibilities and be honest, confidentiality, punctual and high ethical as code of conduct.
- Ability to work collaboratively and maintain positive relationships with colleagues Attention to detail and handle immediate problems effectively without hesitation.
- Understands their job responsibilities within the department and can effectively maintain confidentiality regarding relevant matters and the company.
- Good in Meticulous, careful, and accurate
