Sales Officer (Japanese Speaking)

• Male / Female, Age between 23 - 30 years old.
• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Have a car and be able to use the car for work.
• Communication skill and computer literacy and knowledge in MS Officer, Internet and E-mail.
• Good skill in English (Email communication within an international environment).
• Japanese languages (N3 above).
• Good interpersonal skills and problem solving ability.
• Service minded, self-motivated, energetic and comfortable to work in dynamic working.

• Approach prospect customers and create the order.
• Maintain relationships with existing customers by providing support, information. 
• Manage and interpret customer requirements and resolve their problems.
• Response to incoming email and phone enquiries.
• Support and control customer delivery, quality, or any other issues.
• Prepare monthly sales forecast and related report.
• Coordinate with the CS team and other departments.
• Meet company compliance guidelines.

Work Location: BTS สุรศักดิ์

Working Time:  Monday - Friday 08:30 - 17:30
