HR & GA Manager

Qualification
  • Thai nationality only, Age 44 - 47 years old.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 8 - 10 years of experience in HRM, HRD & GA, with a minimum of 5 years at managerial level.
  • Proficient in business English communication.
  • Experience in a Japanese company or Japanese language skills are an advantage.
Responsibilities
  • HR Strategy & Organizational Planning: Formulate policies, develop strategic manpower plans, and design the organizational structure to align with corporate business goals.
  • HRIS & Innovation: Manage and develop HR innovations and technology to enhance operational efficiency and support strategic decision-making.
  • Compensation & Benefits: Manage the entire compensation and benefits structure, including salaries and other remuneration.
  • Recruitment: Oversee and develop the recruitment and selection process at all levels to acquire quality personnel who align with the corporate culture.
  • Training & Development: Plan and establish training roadmaps and Individual Development Plans (IDPs) to enhance the skills and capabilities of employees at all levels.
  • Employee Relations: Promote a positive corporate culture and work environment. Manage employee relations issues in compliance with labor laws.
  • Compliance & Governance: Ensure all HR operations comply with labor laws, regulations concerning foreign employment, and other relevant legal requirements.
  • Administration Management: Oversee the general administration such as Work Permit & Visa Purchasing, Maid, Driver and company facility.
  • • Performance Management System: Design, implement, and manage overall PMS, including goal setting, performance reviews, and utilization.
  • Work closely with Senior Manager and Department heads to support organizational growth plan.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the management.

 

Working Hour / Benefits

Work Location: Lumpini Pathumwan, Bangkok 10330

Working Time:  Monday - Friday 08:00 - 17:00 // 09.00 - 18.00
