General Manager (GM) - Japanese Speaking

• Male/Female, Age above 30 years old.
• Fluent in Japanese (N3 or above).
• Communicable English.
• Prefer candidate who live in Sriracha or Chonburi Area.
• Prefer candidate who has experience in Residence/ Serviced Apartment or any related businesses.

• Manage daily operations across all departments, including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and guest services.
• Oversee property maintenance and cleanliness to meet quality standards.
• Address and resolve guest complaints promptly and professionally.
• Sales Support : walk prospective guests through the showroom or available units, introducing key features of the property, services, and amenities.
• Monitor revenue and control costs to ensure profitability.
• Other tasks assigned by MD Japanese.

Work Location:
Sriracha, Near J-Park

Working Time:
6 days per week (flexible)
Monday - Friday (9.00 - 18.00)
