Accounting Manager & Assistant Manager

• Female, Age 35 - 47 years old.
• Bachelor degree in Accounting or any related field. 
• Hold CPD license.
• At least 10 years in Cost Accounting - Manufacturing (At least 5 Years in Management Level)
• Strong managerial accounting, taxation knowledge, PL Forecast and Monthly Closing.
• MS Excel skill. PIVOT table skill is a must.
• Excellent personal skills, leadership and teamwork.
• Strong ability to effectively communicate and present in English (Listening, Speaking, Reading).
• Strong adaptability and work under pressure mindset.

• Manage the overall finance and accounting activities;
  • Weekly PL Forecast (including present to top management on a weekly basis), Monthly Closing, Monthly Package, Annually Report.
  • Budget Control, Expenditure Control, including Cost Reduction.
  • Cash Flow Management.
• Calculate Costing of Manufacturing.
• Review the accuracy of accounting transactions to ensure compliance with NIDEC’s accounting policy and procedure, TFRS, GAAP, and IFRS.
• Set KPI for both department and individual team member as well as develop and monitor to achieve the target.
• Liaise with Internal Auditor, Third Party Auditor, including Sox Auditor.
• Prepare CIT, both CIT51 and CIT50.
• Educate to improve professional skills to the team.
• Ensure that team member follow company rules & regulations.
• Educate and monitor subordinate to handle 6S and ISO Management.

Work Location: WHA Saraburi Industrial Land, Bualoy, Saraburi Province 18140

Working Time: Monday - Friday (08.00 - 17.00) // Some Saturday (About 2 Sat/Month)
