Qualification
  • Male/Female, Age 28-39 years old.
  • Bachelor's degree in any field. HR background will be advantaged.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in Admin and HR.
  • Good English communication skill, both written and verbal.
  • Computer skills: Microsoft Office, Outlook.
  • Excellent time management and prioritization abilities.
  • Interpersonal & good organization skills.
  • Self-motivation & discretion.
Responsibilities
  • Handles VISA, Work Permit, and 90-day reports for foreign staff.
  • Assists with all Human Resources and administrative duties, such as recruitment, procurement processes.
  • Booking Golf, Hotel, Flight ticket, Restaurant.
  • Manages company assets issued to employees, including car insurance/maintenance, vehicle tax, parking slots, and access cards.
  • Maintains and updates employee records in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Performs other tasks as assigned by the HR & Admin Manager.
  • Performs other accounting-related administrative tasks as assigned.

Working Time:  Monday - Friday (08:30 - 17:30)
