- Experience at least 5 years in management and export, local related fields.
- Manager Level 1 years up.
- Experience in import, export, supply chain, government authority (tax privilege & customs formality).
- Experiences in coordinating with overseas agent, sales team, customer service.
- Strong negotiation, leadership, analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
- Experience in coordinating with overseas agent, sales team, customer service.
- Working experience in Trading company/Automotive advantage.
- Expertise in Oracle Program.
- Computer literacy and skills, especially Microsoft office software.
- Able to work independently under pressure with tight deadline.
- Responsible, Honest, Fast learner, good attitude with the ability to work as a team.
- Good command and spoken, written, listening, and reading in English (TOEIC score 750 up)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Controlling Export shipment at Bangkok Port with privilege concerned such as BOI, Bonded, Free Zone and etc.
- External Communication:
- Customer: Orders, shipment, forecast, etc.
- Freight forwarder: Shipment, custom declaration, freight. - Negotiate logistics cost.
- Warehouse: Shipment, clearing custom. - Negotiate warehouse cost.
- Interview candidate for new / replacement position.
- Internal Communication:
- Inter-department and inter-company communication: Purchasing, Sales, Finance, QA, BOI department.
- Collaborate with BOI team for custom clearance.
- Appraisal review.
- ISO meeting.
- Resolve problems concerning transportation, logistics systems, and exports or customer issues
- Effectively communicate with various cross team members in an effort to problem solve and provide our customers with a high-level satisfaction.
- Direct Customer Service with new and current customers.
- Accomplish other job-related duties as assigned from Manager / Director / MD.
- Negotiate transportation service.
- Control all staffs to follow company rules and compliance the policy.
- Analysis causes of problem and find out the methods to be proper and correct.
- Coach and develop CS team to work well under company strategy , regular training and guidance how to gain the revenue by CS for GP plus activity.
- Management stock level in Vietnam and Philippines warehouse, customers forecast.
- Control process of invoicing to customers & overseas including controlling.
- Work closely with customers , colleagues and third parties to ensure smooth operations to deadlines.
- Effect necessary communication and motivation to staff.
- Monitors individual performance via observation and review of various productivity matrixes.
