Quoting Specialist (Sales Engineer)

• Male/Female, Age 28-32 years old.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Experience 3-5 years in Technical sales roles. Experience in preparing quotations, cost calculations, and handling customer RFQs.
• Have knowledge in Auto CAD (Drawing)
• Professional Proficiency in Thai and English.
• Detail-oriented, Fast response mindset, High responsibility, Professional, communication skill, and Team collaboration.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple requests in parallel.
• Positive, structured, and process-focused.

Quotation Preparation & Sales Support

• Prepare and issue quotations based on customer RFQs, drawings, part lists, and technical data.
• Ensure all quotes are aligned with internal price lists, cost structures, and margin guidelines.
• Coordinate with KAM to clarify customer requirements and define pricing strategies.
• Ensure first-time accuracy and proper documentation of all quotation submissions.
• Support KAM in follow-up and tracking of quotation outcomes and revisions.

Technical & Document Review

• Review technical drawings, specifications, or part references to correctly interpret customer needs.
• Flag unclear or missing information and proactively coordinate with KAM and internal experts.
• Maintain clear documentation and traceability for each RFQ submitted.

Internal Coordination

• Liaise with Inside Sales, SCM, and QMS teams to gather supporting data (lead time, MOQ, packaging).
• Maintain quote records in internal systems and ensure proper version control.
• Support quote analysis and feedback tracking to improve future quoting accuracy.

Process Improvement & Responsiveness

• Contribute ideas to improve quotation, lead time, and team quoting efficiency.
• Monitor quotation turnaround performance and work with KAM to meet customer expectations.
• Maintain ownership of quote pipeline and support quotation-related reporting as needed

Start 07.00 AM. / 08.00 AM. / 09.00 AM.
