Sales Executive (Automotive)

• Male/Female
• Age 27-32 years old.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• Have experience 3+ years in OEM sales or B2B industrial sales (automotive, machinery, electronics, etc.).
• Strong understanding of OEM procurement processes and technical product specifications.
• Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Have own car and driving license.
• Language ability (English).
• Willing to travel as needed.
• Good communication and negotiation skill.
• Can work under high pressure.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team.
• Logical thinking and good problem solving skill.
   

• Achieve sale budget base on assigned accounts.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to grow OEM accounts and increase market share.
• Identify and approach potential OEM clients to promote product offerings.
• Maintain strong, long-term relationships with key OEM customers.
• Understand technical requirements and provide appropriate product recommendations.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery terms with clients.
• Collaborate with internal departments (engineering, production, logistics) to ensure customer needs are met.
• Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence to management.
• Attend trade shows, customer meetings, and industry events to network and promote the company.
• Handle customer complaints or concerns in coordination with relevant departments.
• Track competitor activities and recommend improvements or innovations to maintain a competitive edge.

Working Time:
Monday - Friday (08:30 - 17.30)
