Senior Finance & Accounting Officer

• Female, Age 28-34 years
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting.
• At least experience. 5 years in accounting and finance.
• Manage Full-cycle account payable and control accounting processes/Month end
• Able to use SAP.
• English 3 star.

• Managed full-cycle accounts payable, vendor payments (local and overseas), and employee reimbursements, ensuring compliance with Revenue Department regulations and company policies.
• Performed tasks related to the monthly submission of company tax returns, including PND 3, PND 53, PND 54, and PP 30, PP 36 filings.
• Handled end-to-end fixed asset management, including tagging, recording acquisitions and disposals, calculating depreciation, reconciliation, physical verification, and reporting.
• Reconciled balance sheet accounts and resolved discrepancies by collaborating with relevant teams to address recurring issues and enhance processes.
• Managed month-end and year-end closing activities, covering journal entries, accruals, prepayments, and accounts payable processes.
• Assisted with internal and external financial and tax audits (e.g., auditors, Revenue Department, and shareholders’ internal audits).
• Identified and recommended process improvement initiatives within the department.
• Performed additional duties and special projects as assigned by the finance manager.
