Sales (Leader)

• Male or Female 30 years and older
• Bachelor's degree in Engineer (Mechanical, Electrical), Marketing, Economics or any related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in Sales or Engineering Machinery, Machine tool, Factory equipment, Automation.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Confidence and skillful negotiating skills.
• High responsibility, and able to work under pressure.
• Positive thinking and fast learner.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Use company car for business

• Manage sales target and reporting sales information, resolving problems.
• Identify and analyze market, handle sales and marketing activity to meet customer inquiries.
• Sales Machine, Machine tool, Factory equipment, Automation.
• To present company's image, proposal and get new customer.
• Take care of existing customers and find new customers.
• Build and maintain relationship with existing customers.
• Report back on sales progress, feedback, and attainment of goals.
• Strive to gain competitive and keep up with industry developments.
• Report to Japanese Manager.

Working Time:
Monday - Friday (08.00 - 17.00 PM)
