- Male or Female, aged 27–35 years old
- Minimum 2 years of experience in General Affairs (GA)
- Able to communicate via email in English, both written and spoken
- Able to communicate in Japanese
- Oversee human resources (HR)
- Prepare payroll, overtime, attendance statistics, leave records, tardiness, and absenteeism reports.
- Handle approval requests and procurement of office supplies and equipment.
- Prepare monthly expense summaries
- Manage social security and provident fund processes, as well as employee payroll tax deductions
- Coordinate with external parties
- Serve as the Corporate Compliance Officer (COO), receiving complaints and reporting them to management
