- Graduate d: Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related fields.
- 1-3 years’ experience in filed Sales or Marketing automotive business experience.
- Age between 26-32 years old.
- Good command in English or Japanese.
- Good computer skills especially Excel, Word and Power Point
- Basic rearranged data V lookup, Index, Left, Right, Substitute and Pivot table function
- Have knowledge of automotive body parts / the order system of Nissan will be advantage.
- Communication skill to negotiate with supplier and customers
- Making sale quotation as company price structure.
- In case of new model, Material price Change, Ex-change rate, Design change, Service part, Compensation, Cost reduction and other condition.
- Clarify to customers about quotation.
- Price compared with cost validate margin.
- Follow & drive cost reduction activity (Commercial, VAVE)
- Cost saving & charge estimate as part structure changed.
- In-charge cooperate to CR activity with internal & external.
- Summary CR result and presentation to present customer.
- Arrange internal cost reduction monthly follow up meeting.
- Coordinate internal for prepare supplier’s readiness before GEMBA at supplier plant and participated.
- Cost reduction progress report to Sales & Purchase Superior.
- Updated & Download data and price input on internal system and customer systems.
- Monitoring price on both systems.
- Presentation & report, Monthly Sale discount & actual. CN/DN , Quotation, Price comparison. CR presentation. Sale Business plan (Price by Model). Weekly Sale report.
- Free zone, Form D & FTA, Update part list, Weekly price checking. Monitoring requirement via customer systems.
- Cooperate customer & supplier for the plant visiting.
- Response to customer requirement, Survey, Submit document,
- Maintain the good relationship customer satisfaction.
