Qualification
- Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing / Business Management or related field - At least 5 years experiences in Marketing. - Proven experience running all marketing scope for get more potential clients and also business expansion opportunity. - Management Experience with subordinates - Previous experience in cosmetic business is a plus. - High level of computer literacy - Fluent English and international experience - Ability to multitask and handle several projects at one time, managing priorities from multiple requests - Self-motivated, driven and determined individual with strategic mindset – ability to translate data to business strategy - Strong analytical skills and business acumen, with demonstrated data driven approach to business management - Highly motivated with passion to work in fast-paced and dynamic business environment - Proven experience in a direct marketing communications role in a B2C environment – across all channels - Excellent collaboration and communication skills with ability to influence, inspire, and build solid relationships with both internal and with external stakeholders - Strong time management and planning skills, with a high degree of proactivity and organization. - High numeracy and literacy, with the ability to produce top quality written reports. - Experience of devising and implementing strategic marcomms plans to support business objectives and implementing those plans with team and agency support - An excellent understanding of search engine ranking; solid understanding of Google Analytics and social media platforms
