• Female age 23-26 years old, Bachelor Degree in any fields
• Fresh Graduated or experience at least 1-2 years in Sales coordinator for trading company
• Good in English (TOEIC Score 730 is preferable)
• Good Command at MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Good analytical, logically thinking and be able to catch up job quickly
• Eager to learn new thing, Good and clear communication
• Has basic knowledge for all kind of business skill (import/export/domestic).
• Able to work under pressure during the peak time of the month
Job Description:
Support sale for documentation and input data MUGEN (SAP) and internal system.
• Precisely prepare documentations (sale contract, purchase contract, P/O, D/O, quotation, shipping
document, tax invoice, etc.) to concern party and input data in MUGEN (SAP) system
• Contact customers, suppliers, and vendors to arrange delivery as well as inform shipping schedule or
delivery schedule to customers
• Follow up shipping document from supplier and send to customer
• Keep record of shipment/delivery and make proper report once required
• Check customers, suppliers, vendors payment to prepare all related documents and follow procedure about
payment. Report to sale PIC if any problem and always monitor O/D, O/C, as well as inventory position
• Control stock business operation. Check inventory, customers forecast/order delivery
• Take care all necessary all import clearance procedure
• Negotiate with warehouse and logistic company for all expense and arrangement
