· Master degree or bachelor degree in Finance /Accounting.
· Well-understanding “Central Purchasing Scheme” of automotive industry.
· Hands-on ERP experience, Microsoft Dynamic 365 is preferred.
· Minimum of 7-10 solid years of inventory and cost control in the automotive trading environment.
· Systems knowledge and strategic thinking are essential.
· Computer literacy-skill to use spread sheet program, e.g., Pivot and other advance function in Excel.
· Very Good command of English language
Job Description:
· Performing month-end close activities related to inventory, sales, and COGS.
· Providing the cost accrual and adjustment entries related to automotive industry to ensure they are accurate and ensure timely deliverables
· Providing management reports specifying and comparing factors affecting the price and profitability of products.
· Preparing actual vs. budget analysis, prepare various financial analyses related to inventory, cost of sales & cost of goods sold.
· Preparing expenses information for the various customers as needed for decision-making support.
· Manage the information system, which is generated by D365(AX system).
· Supporting management project by attending “New Project” and handling to inventory and costing system improvement
· Providing the monthly and quarterly reports required by the parent company.
· Conducting physical cycle counts of inventory and destruction.
· Reviewing the accuracy of VAT reports and withholding tax reports.
· Liaising with external auditors, revenue department and other government units.
· Supporting the Finance & Accounting Manager for other ad-hoc assignments.
