· Bachelor degree in Marketing / Business. or related field
· At least 2-5 years working experience in sales training or people development
· Fluent in English communication
· Dynamic, proactive and with high level of self-motivation, with a demonstrated sense of urgency and passion.
· Strong proof-reading and question answering ability; have certain capability of presentation
· Responsibility, dedication and team work is required
· Good at organizing, collaborating and have good awareness of service
· Fast learner, critical and creative thinker
· Work well under pressure
· Good in MS office, Statistical analysis, Expert in excel
· Responsible for training programs, sales/product training, covering national business.
· Inspire, motivate, and train the field force via in-store coaching, especially on areas of selling skills, product knowledge, customer relationship.
· Collect feedback among retail stores and Training Team.
· Measure effectiveness of each training and seeking for improvements.
· Manage affairs of training includes training notice, room set-up, material preparation, reports etc.
· A strong passion for technology and sharing. Adaptive to changing technologies, process and environments.
· 50% of your time will be office based and 50% in the field supporting teams through on the job training and coaching
· Coach, manage, train, and motivate the existing team to exceed their KPIs through one to one coaching sessions or group training
· Assist with closing sales skill or knowledge gaps with any staff through structured learning, coaching and formal progression reviews
· Collect and analysis competitor’s product information.
