1. Bachelor or higher in Human Resource or any related fields
2. Experience in both HRM & HRD
3. Good knowledge in job evaluation & performance appraisal for salary structure design, tax system, personal income tax, labor laws and ISO
4. Detail-oriented, well organize and able to work well with team as a leader
5. Excellent active listening, interpersonal, communication, negotiation and presentation skills
6. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic planning skills with innovative thinking and pro-active working style.
7. Fluent in Business Japanese and able to be a translator for every functions. (HR/Admin, Account, Sales, Production, QCQA, etc.)
8. Fluent in English both written and verbal (Minimum 650 TOEIC score)
9. Experience in Japanese company is an advantage
- Overall control HR jobs both HRM & HRD
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s vision, mission and strategies
- Being an interpreter as assignment
- Lead and educate the team to success
- Be an Agile HR - Manage & control HR/Administration/IT team
- Any other works as assigned by HR Manager and/or Managing Director
