Male or Female, Age 20 -32 year olds up
At least bachelor degree in faculty of electronics, electrical power, mechanical or related field
Knowledge and ability related with process of PCBA.
Must be have experience of MI. process and manpower control more than 3 yeas up
Able to speaking English language
Knowledge about basic computer Ms. Word, Excel, Power Point program and Email for communication
Able to work shift rotation
Knowledge about leadership skill
Knowledge about 5-S. and Safety
Knowledge about ISO 9001, 14001 and IATF both
Good personality and relationship
1 Check and improve attendance of employee
2 Control and improvement for reduce NG. in process
3 Request and educate with subordinate
4 Check and confirm correct final process document of employee and leader
5 Check NG. product in next process and make corrective action within due date
6 Check production process, follow production planing and able to analysis problem and solving problem if not achieve plan
7 Summary operation result plan of monthly quality including improvement plan in case can't achieve target
8 Summary operation result plan of monthly production including improvement plan in case can't achieve target
9 Find the convenience method and continue to improvement
10 Conduct and evaluation environmental aspect for ISO 14001 to conform with company policy
11 Conduct by quality manual (ISO9001, IATF16948) and environmental (ISO14001) to conform with company policy
12 Control subordinate to follow up company policy
13 Conduct by company rule and regulation and command of supervisory strongly
14 Control goods of customer follow by specifications of ISO
15 Acting for replacement in case Assistant not available (within scope in responsibility jobs)
