Male or Female, age not over 35 years old.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering in Mechanical, Automotive, Industrial or related fields.
At least 1+ year of working experience in automotive industry will be advantage.
Good command of spoken and written English and Japanese (JLPT: Level 2 is advantage.)
Good skill in Microsoft Office and presentation making.
Work well under pressure and be able to handle multiple tasks independently as well as a team.
Able to travel upcountry.
Candidate that is highly accountable and takes ownership, hardworking with collaborative attitude, strong interpersonal, service minded is preferred.
Perform quality control/inspection of materials to be used in automotive industry.
Plan, control, and ensure product quality in accordance with the business system/quality principles.
Conduct/facilitate continuous improvement events.
Prepare inspection data.
Maintain company quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Analyze forecast and provide update demand and guideline to team by weekly basis.
Balance supply with demand to establish delivery plan, and requirement needs.
Closely feedback to customer and provide alert /shortage warning when demand is stronger than capacity.
Provide the demand and detail scheduling to all concern team by weekly/monthly basis.
Communicate with customer for any quality problem.
