Qualification
Female, Thai Nationality (Age 24-32) Bachelor’s degree in related field. At least 1-2 years of experiences in HR , Payroll and admin job or any assignment. Knowledge of HR English skill in speaking ,listening and writing. Good service-minded, interpersonal skill, communication skill and problem solving skill. Good Computer Literacy in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Express, etc) Good personality Patience
Responsibilities
HR, Recruitment *Recruitment finding candidates, *Make appointment, Interview *Uniform *Provident Fund *Social Security * Group Insurance Salary (Payroll) include Japanese person TAX *Staffs overtime checking and summary it. *Japanese TAX (each person is not same deduction) Some person have to calculate tax by manual *Payroll summary report *PND1 *Pay Slip and staff sign sheet. Japanese Person support *Visa /Work permit preparation document *90 days report (6 persons) *Health Insurance also Family Office Insurance *Warehouse Insurance *Thai Sanmei Factory insurance *12 th and all room 14 th floor Insurance Thai Sanmei *Office stationery *Office supply in office *Agreement contract every rooms (12 th fl, 141,144,147) *Internet , Telephone summary bill *Driver overtime checking *Car (Contract , Maintenance booking, Claiming, Replace car) *Computer : Annual renew Email, Hosting, Domain Name *Name card/TSM Envelope/TSM invoice/Computer/Telephone etc.
Working Hour / Benefits
Location: อาคารสิทธิวรกิจ MRTสีลม/BTS ศาลาแดง Workting Time: Monday-Friday 8.30-17.00 and Saturday once a month. Benefit Social security Accident and Health insurance OT allowances Provident fund Uniform (3 months probation pass)
