Have experience in HR more than 10 years
Good command of English in communication and writing skill
Experience in Large company especially Japanese company
Knowledge in Labor Law, HRD, HRM
To manage performance appraisal and improvement systems
To manage employment and compliance to regulatory concerns
To promote and improve communication to employees.
To develop and revise all related HR policy and regulation
To manage employee relations, counseling
To manage government reporting regulations affecting human resources
