IT Helpdesk

Qualification
•Male/Female, age 22-30 years old •Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, IT or related field. •Experience in IT system support and supervision IT project would be advantage. •Good knowledge & understanding in Network, TCPIP, Firewall, Proxy, Antivirus, Wireless LAN, Router, Backup & DPR •Good command in writing and speaking in English •Must have interpersonal skills, good communication and service mind.
Responsibilities
•Supervision IT System Support and improve new technology of IT •Conduct and manage action plan based on annual IT strategy and support Honda Trading Oversea company •Work within IT Helpdesk function and support IT service to end users on daily operation •Keep information security comply with Global Policy, Anti-Virus & Operating System Security patch control
