Male or Female Age 35 years up
Bachelor Degree Faculty Of Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical or related field
Experience 7 years up in production manager especially PCBA. Product (MI Process)
Knowledge of management and leadership skill
Good attitude and positive thinking
Good communication English skill
Good relationship and coordinate contact with etc. section
Good computer skill MS. Office Word, Excel, Power Point, especially email
Knowledge ISO 9001, 14001, IATF-16949 system and all
Loyalty and management of organization
Good experience for production activity 5-S., 3(kor), Safety, Kaizen, etc.
Good skill and knowledge of cost or expense control
Knowledge of budget control
Job Description
- Manage and control process (MI.) including manpower control.
- Follow company policy from top management especially quality policy.
- Summary data and submit report to senior manager or factory manager.
- Budget and expense control in production process line.
- Educate and advise to subordinate related with process product.
- Control subordinate to follow WI and SOP. in the process flow.
- Conduct about activity for improvement especially process ( Kaizen, 5S., 3(kor), etc.).
- Follow company rule and regulation by Thai labor law including organization management.
- Participate and support about new model or quality issue both.
- Follow and solving problem to achieve target (Follow by production planning ).
- OJT. Or Training to subordinate for production process and etc.
- Evaluation with subordinate for yearly performance (Salary Adjustment, Bonus, Promotion too).
- Follow up and maintain ISO 9001, 14001, IATF-16949 system and all.
- Follow up safety rule and maintain in production process too.
- Judgement and make decision concerned about production process flow.
