Male or Female
22 – 35 years old
Bachelor's or Master's degree of Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecom Engineering, or Business Administration.
• Experience between 0 to 8 years. (New graduate is welcome)
• Experience with service desk business field will be advantage.
• Experience with IT business field will be advantage.
• Experience with Information Security business field will be advantage.
• Have basic IT knowledge and literacy. (Window PC, email, and any Cloud service)
• Have basic skill of Microsoft Office. (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Good command of English and Japanese communication. (Chinese is advantage)
• Able to work in shift
• Can use Japanese and English in business situation. (Can discuss, write, and read)
• ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) v2+
• ITSM (IT Service Management)
• ISMS (Information Security Management System)
• It would be better if who have JLPT is N3+
• User support (1st line investigate and troubleshooting inquires and request from customers, escalate to proper parties.
• Create analysis document for the customer and management.
• Coordinate and negotiate with all related parties. (customers, internal team, etc.) to process and fulfill operation and project.
