- Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology or related fields.
- Experience between 2-4 years.
- Experience in IT Support.
- Experience with Office 365 administration.
- Experience with Window Server administration.
- Experience with Microsoft Intune administration.
- Experience with Palo Alto administration and configuration.
- Good command of English.

• Troubleshooting and hand-on with Cisco Router/Switch Enterprise Product (Configure/support)
• Troubleshooting, manage, and config in Palo Alto, VOIP, DNS, DHCP (Strongly require)
30% - Client support
• Provide level support and talking with users to determine problems. (First line support)
• Install, configure, test, and maintain operating systems, application software and system management tools.
• Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution.
• Setting up accounts for staff, ensuring that they know how to log in.
