- 25 - 36 years old
- Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology or related fields.
- At least 2 years experience in IT Support or related field.
- Microsoft Active Directory, Exchange, Office 365 administration and troubleshooting.
- Operation system (Windows client/server, Linux, VMware) administration and troubleshooting.
- Network administration and troubleshooting.
- Antivirus Solution, Administration and troubleshooting.
- Good command of English.
- Able to On-Site in upcountry. (Sometimes)
- Able to work in shifting and flexible schedule.
- MCSA/MCSE (0365)
- CCNA
• Receive and Response to customer call/e-mail
• Logging and Tracking the details of Customer Requests and problems as cases.
• Responsible in own case, follow up status, progress to users, and keep tracking until the incident was closed.
• Support user requests that were defined in team scope of work, following service level agreement.
• Provide reports to customer, supervisor and project manager upon requests.
• Others assigned by supervisor and project manage.
