1. Delivery control
1.1 To key in order (to system)
1.2 To monitor delivery on time and report to customer (order balance)
1.3 To negotiate with factory, to improve delivery delay
1.4 To contact supplier, forwarder and broker to arrange shipment
1.5 To confirm delivery to customer (Excel report/Email)
1.6 Cancellation order according to customer request
2. Price register and control
2.1 New sales price register into system
2.2 Sales price update
2.3 Price file request
2.4 Credit/Debit Note issue in case wrong price update/sales to customer
3. Stock management
3.1 To upload forecast and monitor forecast delivery situation
3.2 To analyses forecast and customer demand trend
3.3 Return or transfer cargo to clear dead stock
3.4 To issue scrap proposal form
3.5 Purchase revise / return, D/N & C/N issue
3.6 PSAN (transferring stock)
3.7 To analyses slow moving stock and report to superior
3.8 Physical inventory checking at warehouse
4. Problem solving
4.1 To settle every problem / request under own account
4.2 To visit customer for negotiating or solving any issues
CS job nature
1. Daily system operation as routine job
2. Daily correspondence by email and telephone call ( supplier in oversea Japan, Singapore, Malaysia, China, Taiwan and factory in Lamphun, customer and internal organize)
3. Customer visit in case of delivery problem or request from customer.
