Thai Nationality
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
At least 5 years of relevant working experience in the field of HR.
Good command in English both oral & written
Possess analytical & strategic thinking abilities and presentation skill
Ability to work well with people and adapt to changes
Readiness to work under pressure, excellent leadership and communication skills
A high level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Flexible to adjust to a constantly changing work environment it a must
Self-motivated, flexible and service minded with a good attitude.

Manage Policies and Disciplinary
Manage Employee contracts
Employee Performance Evaluation
Government Office Contact
Plan and develop employee relations and enhance company culture.
Oversee specialists in their duties, consult with executives on strategic planning and
link the company’s management with employees.
Mediate communications between top management and employees.
Support on J-Sox.
Prepare the document or report to the parent company such as Risk management
report.
