Responsibilities
Conducts training program for annual training plan.
Liaises with superiors to assess training and development needs.
Delivers and oversees the training of employees be it in groups or individually (both Public Training and In-house training).
Conducts OJT and identifies skills or knowledge gaps that needs to be trained.
Compiles and presents the training information in distributing effective training.
Implements, advises on, and monitors appraisal schemes.
Ensures that all employees receive statutory required training.
Supervises and monitors progress made via training programs or schemes (IDP).
Designs and assesses training programs.
Prepares and creates training documents.
Facilitates for the plant tour program.
Supports safety tasks such as safety training that follows the rules and regulations.
Supports the recruitment function.
